A Beast Snagga Boss with a second form
Deep Silver introduces Guzcutta as a Beast Snagga Boss and calls him the second Ork Commander. The article says he is essentially two units in one: on foot, he is a Beast Snagga boss and a super-tough fighter. Later in the campaign, the player unlocks a rideable Squigosaur, giving Guzcutta faster movement and a bone-chewing beast to fight alongside him. Those details are confirmed in the Ork faction deep dive.

The published description makes Guzcutta different from a commander whose role is only a passive faction bonus. His identity changes as the campaign unlock arrives, and the source links that change to movement and fighting presence. It does not publish the exact campaign mission, unlock cost, health values, damage values or whether every multiplayer rule mirrors the campaign presentation.
What can be said about stopping him
The source does not provide a named counter to Guzcutta. It does say that the Squigosaur makes him move faster and adds a powerful creature to the fight, so an opponent should not assume that the on-foot description covers the whole commander. That is a warning about the published form change, not a claim that a particular ranged unit or terrain type is the correct answer.

Until the studio publishes numbers or the game can be played, the page stays with the confirmed facts: Guzcutta is an Ork Commander, he begins as a Beast Snagga Boss, and the campaign later unlocks a rideable Squigosaur.
