The source is an earlier-game credit
The official cast announcement includes Celestar Ballista in a sentence listing an actor’s previous work. The sentence places Celestar Ballista, Shanno and one of the Craventhrone Guards in Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin. It does not identify Celestar Ballista as a unit in Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV, so the literal name alone cannot support the stronger claim that this game contains the unit.

The project’s recensement lists Celestar Ballista among the 22 unit names, but the source relationship is not the one required for a confirmed page. This entry keeps the target visible while recording the lower confidence level. It is a source-context problem, not a reason to silently convert a credit from another game into a Dawn of War IV fact.
No role, faction or counter is established
No checked Dawn of War IV authority gives Celestar Ballista a faction, role, weapon, cost, production route or campaign appearance. This page therefore does not describe it as an artillery unit, Space Marine unit or any other roster entry. The name may be relevant to the wider Warhammer universe, but the site’s rule is to publish what the game’s authority actually states.

The next action for this subject is a new official Dawn of War IV announcement or a playable source that names the unit in this game. Until that evidence exists, Celestar Ballista remains unconfirmed and receives no invented guide, tier position or composition recommendation.
