The named Necron constructs with Doomsday Blasters, described by the publisher as colossal battlefield threats.
Colossal constructs with Doomsday Blasters
The Necron faction deep dive names Doomstalkers and describes them as colossal constructs that roam the battlefield with Doomsday Blasters. Deep Silver says those weapons make explosively light work of anyone or anything that crosses them. That is the publisher’s high-level combat identity for the unit: a large battlefield presence with named weapons and severe described firepower.
The source places Doomstalkers after the Deathmarks description and before the Necron movement tools. It does not say that the unit has the same role as a sniper, a Scarab screen or a Tomb Pylon builder. Keeping those roles separate matters because the announcement names several distinct unit functions in the same roster.
A threat description without guessed numbers
The authority does not publish the Doomstalkers’ range, cost, armour, health, rate of fire, movement or exact target restrictions. It does not name a direct counter or state that the unit always wins against any target it crosses. ‘Colossal’ and ‘explosively light work’ are the source’s description of the threat, not a substitute for a balance table.
The composition error is to import a tier ranking into a page that only has a role description. Doomstalkers are confirmed as named Necron constructs with Doomsday Blasters. Their production timing, upgrades, durability and counterplay remain unconfirmed until they are documented or tested after release.

No cost, build time, hit points, range, damage or squad size here — none of it has been published, by anyone. The game has not shipped and no playable build has produced figures that can be checked. Those rows appear the day the numbers exist.
