In its comparison with the Deathwing, the publisher says that the Ravenwing enables devastating hit-and-run tactics. It later says that Chaplain Ezrael, alongside the Ravenwing, uses bikes to deliver devastating lightning strikes across the battlefield. Those are the documented mobility and strike descriptions.
